Delivery Policy
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch.

1. Scope
This policy covers estimated delivery timelines after dispatch. For dispatch and processing timelines, refer to our Shipping Policy.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Courier Shipments (Tools, Accessories, Kits)

| Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai) | 3–5 business days |
| Tier-2 cities | 5–7 business days |
| Rural / remote areas | 7–12 business days |
Freight Shipments (Heavy Machinery)
Heavy equipment (tillers, threshers, combines) is shipped via road freight. Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days depending on distance. You will receive a lorry receipt (LR) number for tracking.
3. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- Freight shipments require pickup from the nearest transport depot if doorstep delivery is not available.
- Unclaimed shipments are returned after 7 days. Re-dispatch charges may apply.
4. Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and open the package in front of the delivery person. Report damage within 48 hours with photographs.
5. Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us. We will investigate with the logistics partner and arrange re-dispatch or full refund per our Refund Policy.
6. Force Majeure
Delivery timelines may be extended due to natural disasters, weather, strikes, or government restrictions beyond our control.
