1. Definitions
- "Shipping" / "Dispatch" — The process of packing and handing over products to our logistics partner for transit.
- "Delivery" — Transit and final handover to the customer. See our Delivery Policy for estimated arrival timelines.
2. Dispatch Timelines

| Heavy machinery (tillers, threshers, harvesters) | 3–5 business days |
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
- Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
3. Packing Standards
All machinery is securely packed with industrial bubble wrap, thermocol, and corrugated carton with corner protectors. Heavy items are crate-packed or palletised for freight safety.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensions, and delivery PIN code. All charges are communicated with the invoice before payment. Orders above ₹4,999 enjoy free standard shipping.
6. Force Majeure
Dispatch timelines may be affected by supply delays, courier disruptions, weather, strikes, or government restrictions. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.
