Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with Earthly Essences, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein.

Products & Orders

• All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• Product images are representative. Actual machines may vary slightly in colour or appearance.
• Orders are confirmed only after we verify availability and share an invoice.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable or pricing errors are identified.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, or bank transfer as per the invoice.
• Delivery/shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and are communicated with the invoice.

Warranty

• All machinery products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper handling.
• Warranty claims must be directed to Earthly Essences; we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

Earthly Essences is a reseller and not the manufacturer of the products sold. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from improper use of equipment. Users must follow all safety instructions provided with the equipment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
